Un bellissimo libro che consiglio vivamente a chi vuole avere idee per la riduzione dei costi. I due autori, israeliani riprendono il lavoro di E.M. Goldratt, autore famoso per -The Goal: a process of continuous improvement- (altro libro da leggere).....
Quando è uscito mi rifiutavo di leggerlo, non mi piaceva per nulla il titolo, nonostante il grande successo editoriale. L'ho letto un paio di anni fa e mi sono mangiato le dita. Veramente originale e innovativo dal punto di vista strategico.
Buongiorno Dott. Fossali sono Marco ed ho acquistato qualche mese fa due suoi e book, analisi di bilancio e il budget di vendita. Volevo ringraziarla perché mi hanno dato entrambi una mano a comprendere molte cose e a chiarirne delle altre. Devo dire che non è stato proprio facile se pensa che non conoscevo neppure la differenza tra costi e ricavi.

Ho visto il Dott Fossali durante una consulenza privata a un imprenditore. Oltre al cliente, anche io (nonostante il mio background universitario in Economia) sono rimasto impressionato da come è riuscito a far passare concetti complessi in maniera totalmente semplice e liscia. Se avessi avuto un professore come lui in Programmazione e Controllo sarebbe stato tutto più facile e pratico. Di sicuro lo consiglierò ai miei clienti che hanno bisogno di formazione in quel senso. Praticamente tutti.

Ho trovato casualmente il “Suo” sito internet e posso dire che trovo gli argomenti trattati molto interessanti, ma soprattutto spiegati con estrema chiarezza anche per chi, come me, non è così esperto del settore. Ho iniziato a dare una lettura dell’ ebook e mi sembra scritto in maniera altrettanto comprensibile.
